1. What products do you sell?
At BEAUTIOO, we offer a wide range of massage, wellness, and recovery products, including:

All products are carefully selected to support your comfort, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
1.1. Are your products Australian-made?
We are an Australian-owned business, and all our products are supplied from Australian-based warehouses or suppliers. Some items may still come from overseas, depending on availability.
2. What are your shipping times and costs?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse based in Australia. Delivery times start once payment is received and the order is dispatched, usually within 1–2 business days.
- ✔ Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within Australia typically ranges from 6 to 12 business days.
✔ Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within Australia typically ranges from 4 to 10 business days.

3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a range of secure payment options:

4. Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! Once your order is placed, you should receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details and order number.

5. Is my personal and payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our store is secured with SSL encryption, meaning your personal and payment information is protected and processed securely at checkout. We never store or share your full payment details.
6. How can I track my order?
After your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

7. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders begin processing quickly after purchase. If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible via the Get in Touch page.
Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
8. What is your Returns & Refund Policy?
We aim to make returns simple and fair:
Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
All our products come with guarantees under ACL. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product fails to meet consumer guarantees, or compensation for major failures. This policy does not limit your rights under the law.
Warranty
Most products include a 12-month warranty (unless stated otherwise). Some items may have extended warranties—check the product page.
Warranty does not cover:

Do not dispose of faulty items unless instructed.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, if items are:

Unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Exclusions: health/safety items, bulk orders, opened/used products, and incorrect delivery returns.
A 10% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order on arrival. If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately.
We cover return shipping for approved faulty items and provide a refund, replacement, or repair as required.
Sale Items
Only faulty sale items may be returned. Change-of-mind returns do not apply unless stated.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the original (if approved) and place a new order.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary. If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days, contact info@beautioo.com
9. What if my order arrives damaged or missing items?
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer support team through the Get in Touch page as soon as possible with photos or details so we can assist you quickly.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, BEAUTIOO primarily ships within Australia. For international delivery options, please contact us via the Get in Touch page.
11. Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, usually within 12–72 hours. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email info@beautioo.com as soon as possible.
Attention: Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
